We know that disruptive behaviour can greatly affect your comfort in your home and community. Our goal is to take all necessary steps to help you feel safe in your home and neighbourhood.

Step 1 - Identify type of Anti-Social Behaviour – examples include:

  • On-going loud parties or music late at night
  • Harassment or threatening behaviour
  • Violence or threats of violence
  • Criminal damage or vandalism
  • Arson
  • Hate Crime

Step 2 – Document the incidents

  • Keep a record and note down: -
  • Dates and times of occurrences
  • Description of behaviour
  • Any witness or other affected neighbours
  • Impact on yourself and other family members

Step 3 - Talk to Tenant (optional)

If you feel safe doing so, you might want to talk to the tenant involved.  Sometimes they may not realise their behaviour is affecting others.
