It is important that you pay your rent in advance and on time in line with your tenancy agreement. You can pay your rent in a range of ways:
Your online account with BCHG
By registering to your personal account with us, you can pay your rent conveniently online, as you can access your account 24/7. You can also view your rent statement and access other services through your account, such as reporting a repair or contacting your Customer Relations Manger about something else. Click here to register.
In these challenging times of COVID-19, an easy and safe way to pay your rent regularly is by Direct Debit, rather than by a rent payment card. You can set this up with us over the phone or by contacting your Customer Relations Manager through your online account.
You can set up a standing order with your bank to regularly make payments. You will need your tenancy reference number to set this up. This can be found by logging into your online account with us. To register for an account, click here.
All Pay App
Download the Allpay app where you can make payments quickly at any time of the day or night. You will need your 19 digit Payment Reference Number for this as mentioned above. Please contact us if you are unable to locate it.
Contacting All Pay directly
You can call All Pay to make a payment through their automated phone line on 0844 557 8321. You will need your 19 digit payment reference number as mentioned above.
What to do if you need help or are struggling to pay
If you are struggling to pay your rent, it is important you contact us straight away. We may be able to help by letting you know who you can contact for advice or by setting up a payment plan with you. There are advice agencies who can help such as the Citizens Advice Bureau. Alternatively, if we notice that your account is not up to date with payments, we will contact you to discuss this. Please contact your Customer Relations Manager for further information if you have any questions about paying your rent.
