Paying your rent is an important part of your responsibility as resident with us. However, we understand that circumstances can change which affect your ability to pay your rent.
If you are struggling to pay your rent, it is important that you contact us on 0121 561 7934 as soon as possible.
A member of our Housing Team will work with you to come to an arrangement to help you pay your rent and clear any arrears that you may have.
We want to help you and we will make every effort to avoid you losing your home, however if you do not co-operate with us, then we will have to take further action which could result in you losing your home.

Money Advice Service
The Money Advice Service offer free and impartial money advice. The services is set up by government and can provide:
- Advice and guides to help improve your finances
- Tools and calculators to help you keep track and plan ahead
- Support in person, over the phone and online
Sandwell Financial Services Hub
Budgeting help is available through Sandwell Financial Services Hub. This is a free service for council and housing residents to help them manage their finances better. They have already successfully helped hundreds of residents to manage their money.
