Amanda Tomlinson, Chief Executive
Amanda was Assistant Chief Executive prior to her appointment as CEO. Passionate about social housing and essential housing related services, Amanda is keen to ensure that Black Country Housing continues to be much more than a local housing provider, supporting our local communities through the provision of a range of services creating social value.
Grant Shipley, Director of Finance
Grant joined BCHG in October 2016, bringing his financial experience and focus on developing new commercial and social business streams to the Group. Grant has worked as a finance director for a number of housing providers including Spa and Festival (now Fortis) Housing Groups and Stafford and Rural Homes. He founded and developed Clearview Systems as a joint venture with Festival Housing Group, and has also worked as a consultant for HQN and as a non-executive with Paradigm and GreenSquare Housing Groups.
Adrian Eggington, Director of Operations
Adrian has been at BCHG since November 2015 having previously worked in executive roles for Housing Associations in London and Staffordshire with specialisms in housing and asset management, care and resident engagement. Adrian has responsibility for all housing operations and his teams include housing services and support, asset management, development and our home improvement agency, Homeforce, which provides repairs and home improvements to people who own their own homes.
Janette Beckett, Director of Care and Social Business
Janette joined BCHG in February 2014 and is responsible for supported housing, assisted living, domiciliary care and social business. Previous 12 years in various roles for Trident Reach the People Charity where she was latterly Head of Service/Assistant Director. She has over 10 years experience of working at an Executive/Strategic level within the Health and Social Care Sector.
